BOOKING POLICY
- Minimum stay of 5 nights;
some 4 night rentals available with nightly surcharge
- No Rowdy Groups/Persons
- No Parties
- No excessive noise to disturb other persons after 11pm
- No Off Site Vistors allowed on the premises after 10pm - No Exceptions
- No sneaking in extra persons or you could lose your reservation/cottage rental
- Once you have made your reservation it is understood that you will abide by this policy
- 24 Hour on site security - to ensure this policy is followed
the rate will be $250.00 per night and $20 extra person, $1500.00 per week and $140.00 per extra person.
Reservation Policy
A deposit is required at the time of reservation. (Master Card or Visa)
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received fifteen days prior to the arrival date, deposits will be returned in full,
with the exception of a $25.00 service fee. Should you cancel 14 days or
less prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be charged. Should
you reserve for a certain number of days and leave before your reserved
departure date, you will be charged one night or 50% of remaining balance,
whichever is greater.
Towel Exchange Policy
Our towel exchange policy is every second day. The towels are only for
Cottage use and not allowed to be used at the pool or beach.
Pool Policy
The use of pool is for Kayla’s Cottages paying guest ONLY and NO
Guest Visitors are allowed in pool area due to insurance policy.
The pool is open from Mid June to Labor Day.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Check out time is at 10:00 A.M.
Check in time is any time after 2:00 P.M.
